Driven by an unwavering passion for the art of styling, Naeemah LaFond is one of the industry’s most sought-after stylists and educators. Growing up in Brooklyn and with constant exposure to the city’s vibrant culture and style, Naeemah was introduced early to the concept of self-expression, and now focuses on creating works of art through finishing. She is known for her effortlessly sculpted updos, intricate braids, glamorous waves and fabulous big hair! Naeemah has traveled globally as a platform artist and educator, sharing her techniques and love for the art of styling. She has been featured on the pages of magazines including Cosmopolitan, Elle, Allure, InStyle, Glamour and Teen Vogue. As the Global Artistic Director for amika, Naeemah fuses her love for the art of hairstyling with her passion for education. She has curated and implemented the brand’s educational strategy, performs as a master platform artist at global industry shows and events, and creates the looks behind the brand’s imagery. Naeemah’s work is uniquely identifiable, and her aesthetic and talent for hairdressing is sure to leave a mark in the industry.

Megan Schipani, aka @shmeggsandbaconn, has been licensed for just over a year—but is already a 10-time #ONESHOT nominee and winner of the #HOTSHOT Student Shot of the Year in 2016. As a lover of drawing and reading, Megan has translated her passions for art into her coloring and styling. Photography has quickly become a passion as well—Megan is known for her unique photography style and loves editorial shoots. She’s taught numerous photography and styling classes, including a BTC LIVE class on styling hair for photo shoots. Currently a colorist at Bescene Studios and member of the BTC Team, Megan lives in Columbia, MD and loves true crime podcasts.
