Do I get to choose my seats?
When choosing a ticket package, you’ll be choosing a seating section! Seating is first come, first served within those
sections at the event. All of our seats offer an unobstructed view of the BIGGEST stage in the world of hair!
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Of course! You can transfer your ticket to someone else by reassigning the name, email and phone number that is attached
to the ticket.
I bought several tickets. Does it matter whose name is on each ticket?
Yes, it’s super important to have the right names, phone numbers, and emails on each ticket. This info is key for smooth
class signups and any other add-ons.
Can I buy a ticket for just 1 day of education?

I bought a ticket but cannot go anymore, can I get a refund?
We’ll be sad to miss you! Unfortunately, our events are non-refundable. However, you can sell your ticket on our official BTC Show event page on Facebook. Click HERE.

Are my #ONESHOT Awards Show seats in the same location as my BTC Show seats?
Since The BTC Show and the #ONESHOT Hair Awards are separate events, your seats are not guaranteed to be the same. Your
seats will depend on the tickets you purchase and the section you choose for each.

If I have a show ticket, can I attend the pool party?
The pool party is open and available for any individual who has purchased a BTC Show Ticket. Outside of the specific times of the BTC Pool Party, the pool is only open to registered guests of the host hotel. All guests to the pool party will have to be registered for the show before entering! Book your ticket today!
Will food be provided?
BTC Show tickets do not include meals, but there are plenty of dining options within and near the hotel to keep you fueled throughout the day.
