I bought a ticket but cannot go anymore, can I get a refund?

If I have a general admission ticket, can I attend the pool party?
Only hotel guests are allowed to attend the epic Saturday pool party! That’s another reason you should book at our host hotel before rooms sell out. BOOK HERE

Will food be provided?
BTC Show tickets do not include food and beverage. There are many spots in the hotel and nearby where you may purchase food throughout the day.
Can I buy a ticket for just 1 day of education?
BTC Show tickets are sold as 3-day ticket packages only. Buy tickets HERE.
Do I get to choose my seats?
All BTC Show ticket types include open seating—first come, first served. You will select seating sections, but not specific seats when purchasing tickets.
Are my ONESHOT Awards Show seats in the same location as my BTC Show seats?
No, BTC Show seats are in different locations and not the same as ONESHOT Hair Awards seats.
Is this hands-on education, classes, or what can I expect?

This year, you can expect: Look & Learn Classrooms, Hands-On Classes, 3-Hour Workshops… All with the most iconic artists from around the world!
Can I bring my kids with me?
A BTC Show ticket is required for any person to gain access to the Connection Center, Mainstage Theater and Classrooms. All events at The BTC Show are designed for licensed professionals. However, the hotel is public and not only for show attendees.
