Tickets

What happens if I purchase a ticket and later become a #ONESHOT Nominee?

If you are announced as a Top 100 Nominee or Finalist:

You will receive: One (1) complimentary 3-Day General Admission ticket to The BTC Show One (1) complimentary #ONESHOT Global Hair Awards ticket

If you already purchased a General Admission ticket, you may request a refund.

If you purchased a Premium or VIP ticket, you may request a refund for the General Admission value only. The upgrade portion is non-refundable.

Refunds are not automatic. You must email [email protected] to request your adjustment.

Can I buy a ticket for just one day of education?

Our tickets are sold as three-day packages, offering a full experience. Secure your spot HERE.

Do I get to choose my seats?

When choosing a ticket package, you’ll be choosing a seating section! Seating is first come, first served within those sections at the event. All of our seats offer an unobstructed view of the BIGGEST stage in the world of hair!

How does bar access work?

We offer two types of premium bar access:

  • Bar Fast Pass ($75 + taxes and fees): Available to all ticket holders, this upgrade gives you access to Fast Pass Only bar lines. You’ll receive a special wristband, which bartenders will check before taking your order.
  • VIP Bar Access (included with VIP tickets): VIP ticket holders get access to exclusive, no-wait bars that are completely separate from all other bar areas. No add-on or wristband required—just show your VIP badge.

All bars require guests to be 21+ with valid ID.

How do I access my ticket after purchase?

Here’s how to access your ticket:
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Accelevents.
  • If you don’t have your ticket available, click HERE and log in to Accelevents to access your account.
Then follow these steps:
  • Click on “My Registrations.”
  • View Ticket
  • Check your spam folder if needed.

I bought several tickets. Does it matter whose name is on each ticket?

It’s very important that each ticket is assigned to the correct attendee with their full name, phone number, and email address. Accurate information ensures smooth class signups, add-ons, and important event communications.
If you’re purchasing group tickets, please transfer each ticket to the appropriate person and double-check their contact details before finishing. Taking a moment to confirm this now helps prevent registration issues and missed updates later.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes! Here’s how to transfer your ticket:
  • If you have your ticket confirmation accessible (via email, mobile wallet, etc.), click “View Tickets”.
  • If you don’t have your ticket available, click HERE and log in to Accelevents to access your account.
Then follow these steps:
  • Click on “My Registrations.”
  • Locate the ticket you want to transfer.
  • Click on “Registration Detail.”
    • Choose from the available options and make any updates as needed:
      • Edit/Complete Info
      • View Ticket
      • Transfer Ticket (exchange ticket)
  • Review your details and make sure to save changes.

Can I upgrade my ticket?

Yes! Here’s how to upgrade your ticket:
  • If you have your ticket confirmation accessible (via email, mobile wallet, etc.), click “View Tickets”.
  • If you don’t have your ticket available, click HERE and log in to Accelevents to access your account. (You’ll also use this link later to review your class selections.)
Then follow these steps:
  • Click on “My Registrations.”
  • Locate the ticket you want to edit.
  • Click on “Registration Detail.”
    • Choose from the available options and make any updates as needed:
      • Edit/Complete Info
      • View Ticket
      • Buy Tickets and Add-Ons (to purchase additional tickets or add add-ons )
      • Exchange Ticket (upgrade ticket)
  • Review your details and make sure to save changes.

I bought a ticket but cannot go anymore, can I get a refund?

All BTC Show and #ONESHOT ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds or exchanges.If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee by updating the registration information inside your Accelevents account.Exception: Official #ONESHOT Nominees may request an adjustment as outlined above.

Look & Learn classes are not hands-on, so no tools are required.

Can I just buy a #ONESHOT ticket?

Yes, you can purchase #ONESHOT tickets separately. Tickets on sale HERE!

Are #ONESHOT tickets included in any of the packages?

#ONESHOT tickets are not included in the ticket packages, but are available for purchase as an add-on. Tickets on sale HERE!

Are my #ONESHOT Awards Show seats in the same location as my BTC Show seats?

Since The BTC Show and the #ONESHOT Global Hair Awards are separate events, your seats are not guaranteed to be the same. Your seats will depend on the tickets you purchase and the section you choose for each.

Hotel and Accommodations

How do I receive a link to a book at the host hotel(s)? 

You must purchase a ticket to the BTC Show 2026, the booking link will be sent in your confirmation email once you have completed your registration. 

How do I find a roommate for my hotel room?

If I have a show ticket, can I attend the pool party?

Due to limited capacity, pool party access is exclusively available to guests who are staying at the Omni Hotel and have purchased a BTC Show 2026 ticket.

Space is limited and entry is not guaranteed without both requirements.

Please note: If your hotel reservation changes or is canceled, pool party access will be forfeited and your BTC Show Ticket is non-refundable.

Will food be provided?

BTC Show tickets do not include meals, but there are plenty of dining options within and near the convention center/hotel to keep you fueled throughout the day.

What can I expect at the show?

This year is going to be extraordinary! You’ll have the chance to learn up-close and personal from the biggest names in the industry. Look forward to Mainstage Presentations and Look and Learn Classes with iconic artists from around the world! PLUS, we’re bringing back our incredible Tuesday Social Media and Business Workshop! You don’t want to miss this.

Do I need to be licensed to attend the show events?

Our BTC Show and #ONESHOT Global Hair Awards are crafted for licensed professionals, but all ticket holders are welcome!

Is there a minimum age?

All attendees must be 16 or older and have a valid ticket to enter. While all ticket holders are welcome, please note that The BTC Show and #ONESHOT Global Hair Awards are curated for licensed professionals and may include colorful language and alcohol service.

Are photos and videos allowed?

While professional video crews and interviews are not permitted, personal content captured on iPhones or similar devices is absolutely allowed.

Is there parking at Broward County Convention Center?

Yes, parking is available at the Broward County Convention, parking is conveniently connected to the Northport Parking Garage through covered skywalks. Access to the skybridge is accessible on the second floor. Please note that parking fees and access may vary by event.
