The BTC Show 2026 is at the Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel & Convention Center, 1950 Eisenhower Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316, connected to the Broward County Convention Center. Parking is at the convention center, linked to the Northport Parking Garage by covered second-floor skywalks. Hotel options are on our Venue page.

Your tickets live in your account, not in your email. Sign in to The BTC Show app or to your account on this site using the email address the ticket was purchased under — or the email it was transferred to, if someone transferred it to you — and open My Tickets. Every ticket and QR code you hold is there.

There is nothing to dig up, print, or forward. As long as you sign in with the right email address, your ticket is there and ready to scan. Not sure which address that is? Look it up here with your order number.

Your tickets are not lost — you are signed in under a different email address than the order was placed under. It is the single most common thing we hear, and it is almost never a missing ticket. Work email at checkout, personal email on your phone, or a partner who booked for both of you.

Find out which address holds them in about ten seconds: open Find my tickets, enter your order number and the last name on the order, and we will show you the account they are on. Your order number is on your confirmation email, sometimes labeled invoice number.

We show that address partly hidden so only you can recognize it, and you can have a one-tap sign-in link emailed straight to it without typing it at all. Sign in there and every ticket, QR code, and class seat is waiting.

All four live in your account, in The BTC Show app or on this site. Sign in with the email your ticket is under and everything is one tap away:

• Tickets and QR codes: My Tickets — every ticket you hold, plus orders and receipts.
• Scannable pass at the door: My Pass — saves to your phone and works with no wifi or signal.
• Class seats: sign up on Classes; what you are registered for shows in My Agenda.
• Your full plan for each day: My Agenda — classes, mainstage, and the parties you have access to, in order.

If any of those pages look empty, you are signed in under the wrong email — look up which account your tickets are on.

Yes. A missing email does not mean a missing ticket — the email is only a receipt, and your actual ticket lives in your account. Sign in to The BTC Show app or your account with the email address you purchased under and it is right there under My Tickets, QR code included.

If you sign in and see no tickets, you are signed in with a different email address than the one used at checkout. Rather than guessing, look up which email your tickets are on — order number and last name, and we will tell you the account holding them.

Sign in with the email address the ticket was transferred to — the one entered on your attendee details — not the buyer’s email. Once the transfer is done, the ticket and its QR code appear in that person’s account under My Tickets, and the buyer no longer sees it in theirs.

You do not need a password. On the sign-in screen — in The BTC Show app or on this site — enter the email address your ticket is under and tap Continue. From there you can continue with Google or Facebook, or have a one-tap sign-in link sent to you.

Use whichever is fastest. Signing in with Google takes one tap and gets you straight to your tickets. Whatever you choose, sign in with the email your ticket is under — that is what connects your account to your tickets and class seats.

Yes, it is incredibly important! Each individual ticket must be assigned to the correct attendee with their full name, phone number, and unique email address. Accurate information ensures smooth class signups, exclusive add-on access, and critical event updates. Please take a quick moment to transfer each ticket to the right person in your account so your team doesn’t miss a thing!

When you select your ticket package, you are choosing your dedicated seating section — Base (general seating), Premium, VIP, or Super VIP. Seating is first-come, first-served within your section at the event. See exactly where each section sits on the seating chart. Don’t worry—every single seat in the house offers a spectacular, unobstructed view of the biggest stage in the hair world!

Every BTC Show ticket is a full-show package covering Saturday, August 22 through Tuesday, August 25, so single-day tickets are not offered — you get the entire experience: mainstage, classes, the trade show floor, and the parties. All BTC Show and #ONESHOT ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Your ticket does not have to go to waste, though — you can transfer it to a colleague or friend in a minute. Sign in to The BTC Show app or your account, open My Tickets, tap View Details on the ticket, and choose Transfer.

Transferring is simple:

1. Sign in to your account on this site or in The BTC Show app.
2. Go to “My Tickets” and click “View Details” on the ticket you wish to move.
3. Select “Transfer Ticket” (or Edit/Complete Info), fill out the new attendee’s details, and save!

Yes! The BTC Show 2026 is an approved continuing education event, so your weekend of world-class education can also count toward your license renewal. CE hours are provided by Center of Attraction Hair Gallery for barbers and cosmetologists licensed in Illinois, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, and North Dakota. As soon as possible. Class registration is already open for every tier and seats are first-come, first-served, so the most in-demand classes are filling now. The Omni room block is sold out and nearby hotels are going fast too. Buy your ticket today, then sign in and save your class seats right away.

Class registration is open now for every ticket tier — Super VIP and VIP opened Monday, August 3 and Premium and Base opened Tuesday, August 4. Sign in and browse Classes; a “Save a Seat” button appears on every class you are eligible for — tap it to lock in your spot. Spots are first-come, first-served and the most popular classes fill fast. Want more classes? You can purchase additional classes or upgrade your ticket from your account.

Before you start: if you bought more than one ticket, transfer every extra ticket to its attendee first. Class seats are per attendee, so tickets still held under your email cannot be signed up separately.

Each class seat is tied to the individual attendee, and only one attendee per account can be registered for a class. If every ticket is still sitting under your account and email, only one of them can save a seat. Transfer each extra ticket to its attendee — with their own full name, phone number, and unique email address — so each person can save their own seats. Registration is open now, so do this right away.

Once a ticket is transferred, that attendee signs in to their own account with their email and saves their own class seats when their tier opens.

Class registration is already open, so do this now:

1. Sign in to your account on this site or in The BTC Show app.
2. Go to “My Tickets” and click “View Details” on the ticket you want to move.
3. Select “Transfer Ticket” (or Edit/Complete Info) and enter the attendee’s full name, phone number, and a unique email address — no two tickets can share an email.
4. Save. The attendee gets their own sign-in and can immediately save class seats for themselves.

Transferring takes a minute and cannot be done for you after seats fill, so handle it early — class spots are first-come, first-served.

Yes — full does not mean closed. Attendees can drop and change their class selections right up until a class starts, and they do it all the time. Seats reopen every single day, so a class that is full today is very often available later.

On Classes, any class that is full shows a “Full — Alert Me” button. Tap it and we will watch that class for you. The moment someone drops their seat, you get a notification so you can go register for the open spot. Seats are first-come, first-served, so the faster you act on the alert, the better your odds.

To get those alerts the second a seat opens, download The BTC Show app, sign in with the email on your ticket, and allow notifications:

You can set an alert on as many full classes as you like, and you can keep checking Classes directly too — seats often reopen between sessions and on the morning of the class.

Yes. You can cancel a saved seat and pick a different class any time up until that class begins. Go to Classes or your account, cancel the seat you no longer want, and save a seat in the class you do want. Dropping a seat frees it up instantly for the next attendee, so please cancel as soon as you know you cannot attend.

The BTC Show 2026 is an approved continuing education event, with CE hours provided by Center of Attraction Hair Gallery for barbers and cosmetologists licensed in Illinois, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, and North Dakota. To earn credit: purchase a ticket, pre-register for CE hours online (or register on-site), and attend in person. Nope! Our Look & Learn classes are designed for you to sit back, absorb brilliant techniques, and take notes from iconic artists. No tools or styling kits are required.

Registration opens Saturday, August 22 from 1:00pm to 6:00pm, again Sunday, August 23 from 6:30am to 4:00pm, and Monday, August 24 from 8:00am to 2:00pm at the Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel & Convention Center. Saturday pickup is the easiest way to start — grab your badge, then head straight into opening night. All open-hours windows are on the full schedule.

Bring the QR code on your ticket. That is the only thing registration needs to print your badge and issue your wristbands. Open The BTC Show app or your account on this site, sign in with the email your ticket is under, and pull up My Tickets or your pass at the counter.

No printout is required and there is no email to find. Open your pass once while you have signal and the QR codes save to your device, so they scan even if the wifi is slow.

Use our Floor Maps page. It has a room finder — type a class name, educator, or room number and it takes you straight to the right level and room. Maps cover every level of the convention center, including the mainstage, the #ONESHOT Global Hair Awards, the Connection Center, and the Sunday and Monday classrooms.

Sign in and open My Agenda. It combines your saved class seats, the mainstage sessions you RSVP’d to, and the parties you have access to into one chronological plan for each day of the show. Anything you add or drop on Classes updates there instantly.

Your ticket tier sets your section — Super VIP is closest to the stage, then VIP, Premium, and Base. Seating is first-come, first-served within your section. See the exact layout on the seating chart. Every seat in the room has a clear view of the stage.

Yes! Download the BTC Show app before you travel and open your tickets once while you have signal — your QR codes save right to your device and scan instantly at your pass, signal or not. Load your pass the night before and you are set for the whole weekend.

Download The BTC Show app, sign in with the email address on your ticket, and allow notifications. You will get push alerts for room changes, class start times, seat-drop alerts on classes you are watching, and show announcements. Everything we send is also in Notifications in your account.

We will help you track it down! Sign in and submit a quick report at Lost & Found with a description of the item and where you last had it — it goes straight to the BTC team onsite. You can do the same right inside The BTC Show app: sign in to your account, open Lost & Found, and report the item from your phone. You can also stop by in person: Registration on Saturday, August 22 (1:00 – 6:00 PM) and Sunday, August 23 (6:30 AM – 4:00 PM), then the BTC Merch Booth inside the Connection Center on Monday, August 24 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Start in The BTC Show app or your account — tickets, QR codes, class seats, transfers, and upgrades are all self-serve there, and it is the fastest way to fix almost anything. Onsite, stop by Registration and a team member can sort out tickets, classes, and badges on the spot.

If the app or site itself is broken — a page that will not load, a button that does nothing, a ticket that will not scan — use Report an App Issue in your account and it goes straight to the team that can fix it.

The Connection Center is open Sunday, August 23 from 9:30am to 5:00pm and Monday, August 24 from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Access is included with every ticket tier. Plan your walk-through around your class times using the full schedule.

The Connection Center Hunt is a free scavenger hunt running August 23–24. Walk the Connection Center, scan each participating sponsor booth’s QR code in the BTC Show app, and collect them all. No purchase necessary. Open to registered BTC Show 2026 attendees 18 or older. Winners are selected after the show and contacted directly by the sponsoring brand.

The 2026 theme is STUDIO BTC — a disco-era, studio-nightclub fantasy.
